Your uniformed chauffeur
will be holding a sign containing your name by the baggage claim for
domestic flights and outside the customs for international flights,
which will make it easier for you to locate your chauffeur.
Due to the majority people who
travel with us select inside pick ups we consider ALL airport
pick-ups to be inside unless curbside is requested. For Airport
Arrivals we offer 15 minutes of free waiting time on our domestic
flights and 30 minutes on international flights. Additional waiting
time will be calculated in increments of 30 minutes at the vehicle's
hourly rate. All No Shows will be charged the full rate. If you can
not locate your chauffeur please contact us at 888-801-7961 so that one of our
dispatchers can help you locate your chauffeur.

gratuity, Tolls, Parking and any out of pocket expense.
Hourly rates based on
Garage To Garage. For all airport pickups and
drop-offs there will be 20% gratuity, any wait time,
meet and greet, stops, parking, tolls, and other out of pocket
expenses will be added to this rate. These rates do not include any discounts you
may be eligible for on your Corporate account. All cancellations
must be made 24 Hrs prior to the trip to avoid FULL charge of
scheduled trip(s).*All rates, minimums, and policies are subject to
change without notice and can vary for each location.
